If you have been diagnosed with childhood or adult-onset growth hormone deficiency, you may be eligible for participation.

| Treatment: | This study is called an observational study. This means that there are no specific instructions or procedures that must be followed in order to participate in this study. The study simply collects information related to the patient's treatment and health as part of his/her physician’s routine clinical practice. The medical information will be collected during the one or two routine visits per year to the patient's physician's office. |
