| Purpose: | The purpose of this study is to continue to gather and evaluate information on the long-term safety of etanercept in a large number of patients with plaque psoriasis. |

You are eligible for this study if you are prescribed etanercept for your psoriasis.

| Treatment: | No test drugs will be given in this study. You will be asked to visit your doctor at the scheduled routine evaluations. The frequencies will be determined by your doctor but will be no less than twice yearly, approximately every six months. During these visits, you will be asked questions about your psoriasis, the psoriasis medications you are taking, whether you have suffered any side effects from these medications, whether you were hospitalized and whether you had other illnesses. You also will be asked to complete five questionnaires to measure your quality of life as it pertains to your psoriasis, work productivity and costs associated with the treatment of psoriasis. |
