How to Refer a Patient to Lung Transplantation

We regard referring physicians as key to the success of every patient's treatment. Once the patient has received treatment at Loyola University Health System (Loyola), we ensure a smooth transition back to the care of the referring physician. We believe our close partnership with referring physicians means better and more convenient treatment for patients.

To refer a patient for evaluation for lung transplantation at Loyola University Medical Center, please call (877) MDs-LUHS.
