Services
At Loyola, we understand that being diagnosed
with cancer poses physical and emotional challenges.
We offer a variety of services to help you feel
your best on all levels before, during and after
treatment.
The Coleman Foundation
Image Renewal Center provides staff specifically
trained to meet the needs of cancer patients and
offers a range of services in a quiet, serene
setting to help you renew your mind, body and
spirit. The center offers a variety of services
for you to feel better about yourself while undergoing
cancer treatment. From traditional beauty services
such as manicures and pedicures, to skincare treatments
and massage, to nutritional consultation and therapy,
our offerings help you enjoy a moment for yourself
with experts trained in treating patients with
cancer.
Social
workers trained to work with patients with cancer
are available at the Coleman center to help you
and your family come to terms with your illness
and treatment. Whether recently diagnosed or completing
your treatment and resuming your daily life, social
workers can act as a sounding board, recommend
appropriate resources and provide support.
Or, maybe you will find comfort in the company
of other GI cancer patients or survivors. Our
staff can assist you in meeting with other patients
who have had similar diagnoses or treatments as
yours. We also offer a GI cancer support group.
Patients, family and friends are invited to participate.
