Being diagnosed with cancer poses physical and
emotional challenges. Loyola understands what
you go through during treatment for and recovery
from breast cancer.
The
Coleman Foundation Image
Renewal Center provides staff specifically
trained to meet the needs of cancer patients and
offers a range of services in a quiet, serene setting
to help you renew your mind, body and spirit.
A
variety of services will enable you to feel better
about yourself while undergoing cancer treatment.
From traditional beauty services such as manicures
and pedicures, to skincare treatments and massage,
to nutritional consultation and therapy, our offerings
help you enjoy a moment for yourself with experts
trained in treating patients with cancer.
Social
workers trained to work with patients
with cancer are available to help you and
your family come to terms with your illness and
treatment. Whether recently diagnosed or completing
your treatment and resuming your daily life,
social workers can act as a sounding board,
recommend appropriate resources and provide support.
Or
maybe you seek the company of other breast cancer
patients or survivors. A breast
cancer networking group meets monthly at the
cancer center. Patients, family and friends are
invited to participate.
