LUHS Ambulatory Services Division

The Mission of the Ambulatory Services Division of LUHS is to provide the entire spectrum of services and support necessary to make our physicians successful in community practice. As a Loyola University Health System primary care physician, you can pursue your academic interests while providing meaningful patient care, secure in the knowledge that you have ongoing support.

The Division of Ambulatory Services works collaboratively with you in the management and operation of your practice site including assistance with hiring and training your office and nursing staff. We provide billing and collection services and pay all overhead expenses. We also take care of all necessary office services including facility maintenance, telephone answering, lab and courier service, garbage and infectious waste removal.

We provide expertise in managed care. We will help establish contracts with the managed care carriers who contract with Loyola University Health System. In addition, we will train your office staff in the specifics of each managed care plan. We also provide many of our primary care physicians with a 24 hour phone triage answered by trained nurses.

LUHS Primary Care Network

We are seeking high quality physician candidates to join our primary care network. We currently have 14 primary care sites and 2 specialty care sites. Our primary and ambulatory care sites are located in the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago. All are state of the art clinics, many with on-site diagnostics capabilities.

Physician Practice Opportunities

The health system continues to grow and expand. We offer practice opportunities in the following primary care specialties: Family Practice, Combined Med/Peds, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Geriatrics.
