Payment Options
Costs are competitively priced and include preoperative
care, surgery and postoperative care (including
enhancements). WaveFront procedures are extra.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the surgery. Payment
may be made by credit card, money order or cashier's
check.
Loyola employees may be entitled to a discount;
they also may arrange to finance the cost of the
surgery through the Loyola Credit Union.
