Department of Orthopaedic Surgery

The Division of Hand Orthopaedics is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of orthopaedic and plastic surgeons who offer care for a variety of disorders involving the upper extremities.

Special Services

  • Children with congenital hand anomalies and upper limb dysfunction as a result of crebral palsy or head injury
  • Acute injuries of the hand and wrist
  • Revascularization and replantation of hand digits
  • Nerve entrapment syndromes, such as carpal tunnel
  • Arthritic problems, both rheumatoid and degenerative
  • Sports injuries
  • Occupational disorders
