Patient Services is a new feature in myLoyola that allows Loyola patients to access specific areas related to their care at Loyola. Currently, we offer the following patient services:

• Online billing service where you can view and pay your bills online [more]
• A secure e-mail system to communicate with your Loyola doctor [more]

1. Register for a free myLoyola account at http://www.myloyola.luhs.org. If you already are a member of myLoyola, log into your myLoyola account using your logon ID and password. If you forgot your password or logon ID you may retrieve this information using our password recovery system.



2. After you have successfully logged into myLoyola, click on the patient services tab across the top of the screen. You will need to verify your contact information, including your e-mail address. Your myLoyola contact details must reflect the same information that is in our patient and billing systems. You will also need to enter your account number from your hospital or physician billing statement.



3. A verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You must verify your e-mail address by clicking on the link within the verification e-mail. You will not be able to proceed without verifying your e-mail address.



4. Your request will be reviewed by our billing staff and your contact details/account number will be compared with the information in our billing records. If approved, you will receive a letter in the US mail with an unlock code that you must enter to access the patient services area.



5. Log back into myLoyola and click on the Patient Services tab across the top of the screen. After you enter your unlock code you will have access to patient services.
