"When working with a
client, I try to keep three things in mind. First and foremost is
safety. Exercise is no longer beneficial if it is not safe.
Secondly, I focus on making it fun. If an activity is fun, it is
generally less work to do and easier to stick with. Lastly, I try to
concentrate on the overall benefits, needs, and wants of the client.
When these three goals are met, long-term progress can be made." |
