AIKIDO
- On a purely physical
level Aikido is a martial art involving some throws and joint
locks that are derived from Jujitsu and some throws and other
techniques derived from Kenjutsu. Aikido focuses not on
punching or kicking opponents, but rather on using their own
energy to gain control of them or to throw them away from you.
It is not a static art, but places great emphasis on motion
and the dynamics of movement.

PILATES
MAT -
These are exercises done lying on your front, side, back,
seated or on all fours. Mat exercises target the deep
abdominal and spinal muscles in order to provide core
strength.
PILATES
REFORMER- The
reformer uses the same fitness methods as the mat to train and
strengthen the body and increase flexibility. Each exercise
engages the abdominals, training your body to use
them in every activity you perform. It allows the user
to develop tighter abdominal muscles as well as tighten the
buttocks, hips and thighs.
