Payment Methods

Loyola Center for Health & Fitness offers several options for membership payment.   You can select the payment option that is best suited to you.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

The EFT option for monthly dues payment has several benefits.   By selecting an EFT, you will be eligible for house account privileges with your written authorization.   You will also have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time without being locked into a pre-payment.

These are the accepted forms of payment for EFT:

  • Mastercard, Visa or Discover
  • Checking account
  • Savings account

In the event that the EFT from any billing source is denied, a $5 service fee will be assessed if the outstanding balance is not collected by the 25th of the current month. The service fee for returned billing is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

6- or 12-Month Pre-Payment

Members may elect to pay for 6- or 12- months of membership in advance. Any increase in monthly dues will not be reflected until the end of the 6- or 12-month time period. Dues are non-refundable when paid in full for 6- or 12- months. To continue your membership without interruption,  you will be notified of your upcoming expiration date. To continue membership after expiration, you must provide an additional 6- or 12-month pre-payment or provide an account for EFT.

Loyola University Health System Payroll Deduction

Loyola University Health System employees are required to pay  monthly dues through payroll deduction. Monthly dues are deducted from the employee's paycheck on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on individual payroll frequency. All payroll deductions will continue to be deducted from the member's paycheck until the membership is canceled in writing or the employee is terminated from the Loyola University Health System.
