Group exercise

To request sessions with a dietitian, both members and non-members will need to complete a nutrition request form, a 24-hour recall and a contract and return these to the Member Service Desk. Request forms can be filled on-line; however, contracts must be completed in person and paid in full prior to first appointment. A Center dietitian will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first appointment. Initial visits are one hour and all remaining sessions are 30-minutes in length. Click here for rates.
