facility orientation
The Mandatory Facility Orientation (MFO) must be completed before an individual can use the facility. NO exceptions are made to this policy.
The MFO is a 30-minute mandatory service providing members with an overview of the center. Members will receive information about the following:
Acquisition of membership card
Parking lot and LCHF parking procedures
Complete fitness floor
Aerobic studio and gymnasium
Member logo shop
Café
Wellness & Education conference room
Use of daily and rental lockers
Use of locker rooms and towel service
Locations of house phones and emergency doors
Registration for free fitness services
Registration procedures for a Personal Fitness Orientation (PFO)
Registration procedures for a Personal Fitness Profiles and Consultations (PFPC)
MFO Schedule
A LCHF fitness specialist performs the MFO. Each MFO session is limited to 10 persons, so you must pre-register to secure your space. Each new member may pre-register for an MFO at the time of enrollment.
A vast amount of important information is covered right from the start of the MFO. Individuals showing up late will not be allowed to join an MFO session already in progress. Late individuals will be asked to pre-register for an additional MFO session to ensure they receive all important information needed as an official LCHF Member.
The MFO begins promptly at the scheduled times listed below.
