Massage Treatments

Swedish Massage A massage for general relaxation.

Deep Tissue A massage focused on one or two specific areas. Deeper pressure is used.

Pre-Natal Massage For the mothers-to-be, a massage for general relaxation.

LaStone Enhancing a massage with stones goes beyond the physical experience of a typical massage, allowing the body to enter a deeper dimension of relaxation, well-being and health. Basalt stones penetrate heat and melt away tension; while cool stones relieve inflamed areas, leaving you feeling sedated yet re-energized. (90 minutes)

Reiki Reiki is a non-invasive, natural approach that accesses universal energy to address the physical body, mind, emotions and spirit.  Reiki may be combined with other therapies.  During a Reiki session the client remains fully clothed and is comfortably positioned on a massage table.  (60 minutes)

Sports Massage An invigorating massage that is beneficial before or after a workout. This massage consists of mostly compressions, mobilizations and stretches. (30 minutes)

Spa Treatments

Aromatherapy Wrap (45 minutes) Breathe in the aroma of pure essential oils as you lie in a cocoon of warmth. Essential oils are blended to achieve the state of being you desire, whether it is relaxed, uplifted, invigorated or calmed.

Exfoliating Salt Glow (40 minutes) Glow is the key word for this deep cleansing exfoliating treatment. Feel stress melt away as your skin is gently massaged using a blend of aromatic sea salts, mineral salts, and essential oils to remove impurities and dead skin cells, stimulate circulation and perk up skin color and clarity.

Fango Mud Wrap (45 minutes) Experience a profound sense of well-being as stress and tension melt away with this relaxing mud body wrap. This treatment will not only alleviate muscle tension and fatigue, but also increase blood circulation, absorb impurities from the skin and improve surface moisturization.

Parafango Waterless Wrap (1 hour) Indulge yourself and your skin in our warm paraffin wrap. When peeled away, the paraffin wax leaves your skin feeling soft and supple. This water-free treatment is our newest spa treatment at the Center. The health benefits for the treatment include extra-ordinary moisturizing, re-mineralization and detoxification of the skin.

A Treat for the Feet (30 minutes) Relax while your sore, tired feet are pampered to perfection. With the help of heat and massage, this treatment will exfoliate, hydrate and renew your feet while aromatic oils soothe your senses.

LCHF now offers a wide variety of Waxing Services.  All Waxing Services are performed by a Licensed Esthetician.  Waxing Services are only offered on certain days and by appointment.  Please call for schedule availability.

How to Schedule

Our scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your service. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service, decreasing the overall effectiveness of your massage or spa treatment. If you arrive late, your session will still end on time so the next scheduled session can begin on time.

When scheduling your service, please have a Visa, MasterCard or Discover account number ready. We require that all Massage and Spa clients reserve their appointments with a credit card number or pre-pay for their session at the Member Services Desk. The credit card number will only be used to hold your appointment. Clients will still have the option to pay by credit card, check or cash when they arrive for their scheduled session.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash. Payment is expected at or before the time of treatment.

We understand the occasional need to cancel your appointment; however, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full for the session.
