The chart below shows the one-time enrollment fee and monthly dues required based on the type of membership selected.

* All additional members must be 18 years or older and reside in the same household. Memberships are not based on relationship but on age and residency only.
**Senior memberships have time restrictions - from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. - and the members must be 60 years of age or older.
The Enrollment Fee
The enrollment fee is a mandatory, non-refundable fee that must be paid at the time of enrollment. This fee is good for the entire term of the membership. If a member cancels his or her membership, the enrollment fee must be paid again to rejoin. See Canceling Your Membership for more information.
Monthly Dues
Monthly dues are based on the classification and type of membership and are charged monthly in advance. LCHF may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, increase or otherwise amend the monthly dues by giving 30 days written notice prior to the change.
As a member, you have 3 different options for paying your monthly dues:

On the day of enrollment, the registration process will proceed smoothly and quickly if you remember to bring the following items with you:
- Payment for the Enrollment Fee
- Payment for Your First Month
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- Physician Name and Phone Number
- EFT Account Information
Guest Passes
At the time of enrollment, each membership will receive two complimentary guest passes. Each guest pass is good for one visit to LCHF. Additional guest passes may also be purchased at the Member Services Desk for $10 per guest pass. See Guest Policy for more information.
