Welcome to the Website of the Faculty Senate Steering Committee.

The Faculty Senate is comprised of the entire faculty of the Stritch School of Medicine, Loyola University Chicago. According to the Constitution of the Medical School, the Faculty Senate Steering Committee consists of 10 members elected from the faculty to represent them. The names and email addresses of these colleagues are in "your input is essential".

 

The Committee is the official voice of the opinion of the faculty to the Dean of the Medical School. The Committee calls meetings of the Faculty Senate at least once a month to discuss issues of interest to the faculty. The Steering Committee also meets on a regular basis with the senior leadership of the Stritch School of Medicine. The minutes of these meetings are in this website.
