Analysis of Data and Next Steps:
One M.D. was unavailable for office hours due to FMLA; this increased days to the 3rd available appointment to 33 days.   This was resolved with the M.D.'s return to regular hours.   Clinic ABC is within the targeted BC/BS HMO expectation of less than 14 days to the 3rd available appointment.

Will continue to monitor.
