LUHS 2008 Quality & Safety Fair
June 9 -10, 2008
Several lectures will be presented.
Loyola’s eleventh Annual Quality &
Safety Fair will be held June 9-10, 2008 and you are
invited to participate. If you are currently working on, or have
completed, a quality improvement project, we encourage you to apply to
display a storyboard and share your experience and outcomes with your
colleagues.

regarding the Quality & Safety Fair, and criteria for storyboard selection
is available here on this website. If you prefer, call
extension 6-3290 and we will mail it to you. Resources are also
available to assist you in completing the application or developing the
storyboard.
